A Personal Biography


    Stephanie Marsh is an energetic, goal oriented Real Estate Broker with 15 years of Real Estate experience. Beginning in 1996, Stephanie laid the foundation for her Real Estate career by training as, and ultimately assuming the role as a Real Estate loan closing Secretary.

    Stephanie quickly realized her own potential and decided to enter the world of Real Estate sales by becoming an unlicensed assistant and Real Estate office manager.  Soon, she began studying to obtain her Georgia Real Estate license and shortly thereafter joined the Real Estate community as a licensed professional in 2003.

    Acting on her passion for Real Estate and being a motivated self starter, Stephanie then began studying for her Georgia Real Estate Broker’s license and eventually became broker/owner of Keystone Realtors in 2008.

Ÿ         Professional and Technical Know How - Stephanie has been involved with the contractual and technical side of business management and operations for 14 years and has a complete understanding of legal procedure, advertising/marketing, file management, handling of funds, and information technologies.

Ÿ         Sincere Customer/Client Relations - Understanding your client’s needs is a must.  Stephanie realizes the importance of a justifiable trust between client and vendor and works to maintain an honest and informative relationship with her clients/customers.  Knowing the importance of open communication and business referrals, Stephanie maintains her client/customer relations as a top priority.
